Are custom-shaped Roll Labels available and how do I set them up?

Yes. When ordering a custom shape, select your size and choose Custom Roll Label as the shape option. You’ll upload:

• Your artwork file
• A separate custom shape (cut line) file

Custom shape file requirements:

• Vector format only (EPS or PDF)
• Black stroke only, 0.5pt–1pt
• Represents the exact cut line
• Avoid thin lines and intricate shapes
• Shapes smaller than 1/8" are not recommended

Bleed requirement:

• 0.125" bleed beyond the cut line on all sides
