What are Raised Foil Cards, and how do I set them up?

Raised Foil Cards are printed on 16pt cardstock and finished with a 1.5mil soft-touch, scuff-resistant laminate on both sides, resulting in a final thickness of 19pt.

Raised Foil requires:

• A standard print file
• A separate Raised Foil mask file

Mask file rules:

• Vector format only
• Use 100% black (K only) to indicate foil areas
• Use white for non-foil areas
• No gradients, shadows, or grayscale
• Knockouts are discouraged due to possible alignment shifts of up to 1/16"
