How do I set up a Raised Spot UV order?

Raised Spot UV jobs are prepared the same way as standard Spot UV jobs but require a Raised Spot UV mask file in addition to your print file.

Mask file requirements:

  • Vector artwork only (Illustrator recommended)
  • Use 100% black (C0 M0 Y0 K100) for UV areas
  • Use white for non-UV areas
  • No gradients, glows, shadows, or grayscale images

The mask file tells us exactly where the raised UV coating should be applied.
