What are Raised Foil Cards, and how do I prepare files?

Raised Foil Cards are printed on 16pt stock and finished with a soft-touch laminate on both sides, resulting in a 19pt thickness.

These cards require two files:

1. A standard print file
2. A Raised Foil mask file showing where foil should be applied

Mask file requirements:

• Vector format only (Illustrator recommended)
• Use 100% black (K only) to indicate foil areas
• White indicates no foil
• No gradients, shadows, or grayscale elements
• Avoid knockouts, as slight alignment shifts (up to 1/16") may occur
