Artwork Dimensions Are Too Large

Our system detected that the physical dimensions of the document you uploaded are significantly larger than the product size you ordered.

Why This Matters for Printing While scaling artwork down generally preserves quality, the main issue is aspect ratio (proportions). If you order a square 5" x 5" card but upload an 8" x 10" rectangle, shrinking it won't make it fit properly. The system will be forced to crop off vital parts of your design to make it fit the ordered size.

How to Fix This Issue To ensure your design is printed and cut perfectly, adjust it to the correct size:

• Check the Product Specs: Look at the exact required dimensions (including bleed) for the product you ordered.
• Resize / Crop Your File: Open your design software, change your canvas size to match the exact required specs, and adjust your artwork so nothing important gets cut off.
• Re-export: Save a fresh PDF at the correct size.
