Artwork Dimensions Are Too Small

Our system detected that the physical dimensions of the document you uploaded are smaller than the product size you ordered.

Why This Matters for Printing If you order an 18" x 24" poster but upload a file sized at 8.5" x 11", our system will have to stretch your artwork to make it fit. Stretching small artwork to fit a larger print size causes images and text to become significantly blurry, pixelated, and distorted.

How to Fix This Issue You need to fix the canvas size in your original design software:

• Resize Your Artboard: Open your design software and change the document/canvas size to match the exact physical dimensions of the product you ordered (plus bleed, if applicable).
• Adjust Your Art: Once the canvas is the correct size, you will likely need to scale your background, images, and text to fill the new space properly.
• Re-export: Save a new PDF and upload.

Need more help? If you cannot recreate the design at the larger size because your original images are too small, you may need to order a smaller printed product to maintain quality. Contact support for advice!
