Grouped Transparencies Detected

Our system detected that a group of objects in your design has a transparency effect applied to the entire group at once.

Why This Matters for Printing When transparency effects (like lowered opacity or drop shadows) are applied to a "Group" folder rather than individual layers, it creates a highly complex data structure. Our print processing software struggles to read grouped transparencies, which frequently leads to missing artwork or corrupted graphics in the final print.

How to Fix This Issue Please resolve the grouping before re-uploading:

• Ungroup and Flatten: In your design software, select the group, right-click, and select "Ungroup" (or Shift+Ctrl+G). If the transparency effect is lost, reapply it to the individual elements, and then export using the PDF/X-1a:2001 preset to flatten the file.
• Rasterize: Alternatively, you can select the entire troubled group and rasterize it (Object > Rasterize) into a flat, high-resolution CMYK image.
