Two Page File Uploaded

Our system detected a single PDF containing two pages, but the current upload slot only accepts a single-page file.

Why This Matters for Printing For products where you must upload the front and back separately (or for single-sided products), our automated prepress software cannot guess which page is intended for which side. To ensure your order is routed correctly, we need one file per side.

How to Fix This Issue Please split your document into two separate files:

  • Option 1: Export them Separately: Go to your design software and export/save Page 1 as "Front.pdf" and Page 2 as "Back.pdf".
  • Option 2: Extract in Acrobat: Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat, open the Page Thumbnails panel, right-click, and select "Extract Pages" to save them as separate files.
  • Upload: Return to the order page and upload "Front.pdf" to the Front slot, and "Back.pdf" to the Back slot.
