Our system detected that one or more pages in your uploaded file are completely empty.

Why This Matters for Printing We cannot send a blank file to the printing press. This error usually occurs if an invisible layer was exported by mistake, a stray blank page was left at the end of your document, or your artwork was accidentally placed entirely outside the printable artboard.

How to Fix This Issue Please review your original document and export a new PDF:

• Check your Artboards: Make sure your design is placed directly onto the designated canvas/artboard, not in the gray workspace surrounding it.
• Check your Pages: Delete any extra or unused pages in your document before exporting.
• Check your Layers: Ensure the layers containing your artwork are set to visible (the eye icon) and aren't turned off or set to non-printing.
