RGB Colors Detected in Your File

Our system detected that elements in your uploaded file are saved using the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color space.

Why This Matters for Printing RGB is the color mode used by digital screens (monitors, phones, TVs) and uses light to create colors. Commercial printers, however, use physical ink in the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) color space. If you submit an RGB file, our prepress system will automatically convert it to CMYK. This forced conversion often causes colors—especially bright blues, greens, and neon tones—to look dull, muddy, or significantly different than what you saw on your screen.

How to Fix This Issue To guarantee accurate color reproduction, please convert your document to CMYK before re-uploading:

• Adobe Illustrator: Go to File > Document Color Mode > CMYK Color.
• Adobe InDesign: Go to Edit > Transparency Blend Space > Document CMYK.
• Adobe Photoshop: Go to Image > Mode > CMYK Color.
• Canva Users: Canva primarily works in RGB. To get the best CMYK conversion, select PDF Print when downloading and check the CMYK option (requires Canva Pro).

Need more help? If your colors drastically changed after converting to CMYK, you will need to manually adjust the colors in your design software until you are happy with the CMYK version. Contact support if you need help with color matching!
