Detected Font Not Embedded

Our system detected that the exact font used in your design but was not properly embedded into the PDF.

Why This Matters for Printing To print your text exactly as you designed it, our printers need the {Specific Font} file. Because this specific font was not saved inside the document, and we do not have it on our servers, the system will force a replacement using a generic default font. This will ruin your typography, change text sizes, and destroy your intended layout.

How to Fix This Issue Please update your file using one of the methods below:

• Option 1: Convert Text to Outlines (Safest): Open your design software, select the text using {Specific Font}, and convert it to Outlines or Shapes (In Illustrator/InDesign: Type > Create Outlines). This turns the text into uneditable vector art, meaning the font file is no longer needed.
• Option 2: Embed the Font: When exporting your PDF, ensure your settings are set to "Embed All Fonts". Exporting as a PDF/X-1a usually forces embedding.

Note: Some fonts have strict copyright licenses that digitally block them from being embedded. If this happens, Option 1 is your only solution.
